Friday Favourite brings joy!
@mitchellfinch hand prints each individual poster and card, making even a card an original piece of art.

Sally’s shout out this week has to be for Ruth who manned a Converge market stall last week to help raise awareness to locals who haven’t as yet ventured up Church Street to Converge. Busy day with an early set up. It was Sally’s birthday. Afterwards Ruth & @strikerpete55 cooked an amazing meal for all. Thank you to both and @floseeley and @jemseeley_illustrates for making it a birthday to remember.

Converge is unique for many reasons, mainly our truly skilled makers but also the energy and planning that goes into making your visit one to remember. If you haven’t visited yet make it a destination, take in a coffee sitting outside @dancinggoatfram or brunch/lunch @commonroomfram on your way to @englishheritage Framlingham castle.

Open daily 9.30-4, Sundays 10.30-3

Introducing our next Monday Maker in his studio
@mitchellfinch
Ed’s studio is full of wooden type all ordered in printers trays and secretly stashed away in drawers. There’s also, as you might expect, an array of printing presses just waiting to spring into action.
Ed prints using wooden block type to create hand printed letterpress cards and posters, unique and charming. Converge stocks a great range of the cards and prints so pop in for a look yourself sometime.

Just a little reminder today, being a bank holiday, our hours will be slightly shorter open from@10.30-3. Usual opening hours from tomorrow.

As we approach our first birthday we thought we’d share a little more about ourselves. We’ve had the best year with so much fun and laughter and met the most wonderful people who have visited our little shop.
We couldn’t do this without all our amazing East Anglian artists, designers and makers. Last year when we opened at Easter we had 24 and it’s has grown to over 40. They all help to bring together a collection that is thoughtful, unique and full of character. Thank you.

It has really felt like spring this week so if you’re out and about today or tomorrow do pop in and say hello.
Hot off the printing press for @jemseeley_illustrates is his beautiful Lino print of @snapemaltings

New maker who has just dropped off her gorgeous willow baskets is Lin suffolkthreads

We’ve still got a some Fram posters, postcards and tote bags tho many have been posted all over the world last week. We’re hoping to start sharing news from where they have got to. We are donating a % to charity on every Fram product sold. More news of that later.

Thank you as ever to all the support you give. It does make a difference to our local artists, makers and designers.

First Monday in March and we’re open now 4 days a week. Our makers are constantly restocking so it’s always worth a browse to see what’s new.

Starting to think about Mother’s Day yet? We have gifts for all tastes, all made by our East Anglian artists, designers and makers. Our little card people will be in the shop soon to help out. We might even sell the little card people!
