Take a look behind the scenes at Project Rokkabella.

There’s so much happening on site, with progress being made every day. It’s been great working alongside the team at @tymeprojects with plenty of collaboration, teamwork and attention to detail bringing the project together.

Exciting to see it all taking shape — more to come.

Ever wondered where TYME came from?

It’s pretty simple, Tim + Eyles = TYME.

When I was coming up with the name, I liked the idea of having a piece of my own name in it. It makes the business feel personal, because it is.

Every job, every detail and every finished project has our name on it so naturally, we want it looking bloody good.

Built properly. Built to last. Built by TYME.

Meet the team — Mitchy
Aka the biggest bicep in the South.

Mitch has been with us for some time now and has come a long way as he looks to see out his apprenticeship.

He brings plenty of energy and enthusiasm to site, no matter the task, and is always willing to have a crack and get stuck in.

Outside of work, Mitch enjoys music, playing sport and being surrounded by good people.

He’s become an irreplaceable member of the TYME Projects team and we’re looking forward to seeing where he takes himself in the future.

Entry floor frame complete and sheets are down and steel is in for the next stage.

A big part of this stage has been working through the details of integrating the new framing into the existing sandstone walls that are being retained. With an existing structure like this. Plenty of time in the critical details to make the next stages run smoothly. #building #Carpentry #Framing #SydneyBuilder #Renovation HomeExtension StructuralCarpentry

Big steel. Big effort. Even bigger views.

Steel delivery day with the team from Black Goods Fabrication. A solid day of heavy lifting, coordination and teamwork — with a pretty unreal view waiting at the end.

Another big step forward at Project Rokkabella 💪🏼

ONE TROPHY. 80 MINUTES. GRAND FINAL FOOTY

Georges River Dropbears vs Penrith Emus in the 2026 NSW Subbies Rugby Grand Final.

Big tackles. Breakaway runs. Brutal defence. Pure Grand Final rugby.

Congratulations to the Penrith Emus on the win, and to the Georges River Dropbears, who came back firing in the second half and fought all the way to the final whistle, only to fall just short. Well done, boys!

Split-second timing. Full commitment. A desperate finish at the try line by @mitcheyles02

Frame by frame, this sequence tells the story—but only the last shot reveals what really happened.

What’s your call?

Try or no try? Drop your guess before you reach the end!

Capturing the moments that make grassroots rugby unforgettable.

BALIGA PROJECT

Huge couple of weeks from the team. Excavation is almost complete, with concrete preparation now underway.

Taking the time to get the groundwork right is what sets the foundation for everything that follows.

We’re looking forward to getting out of the ground in the coming weeks.
