The irony of individuals who are quick to be easily offended, who also gossip, troll and trash talk their life away on a daily basis?

When did the world become so mentally soft!

Bring back the 90’s!

Wishing my favorite man the happiest birthday. You mean the world to Logan and I and I don’t know what we’d do without you. I appreciate your mind, your words, your patience, and your wisdom. I pray this year is filled with unexpected blessings, elevation, and more fun. We love you!!!

International.Na LLC is dedicated to the memory of my all time best friend and cousin, Nabil Clemons-El, @nabil_just_trust from South East Washington, DC! Nabil graduated Summa Cum Laude from Winthop University, with a degree in International Business in December 2019! Sadly, Nabil passed away in May of 2023.

To honor his legacy and impact on my life, I created a fashion team, @international.na.llc which was established in 2024, comprised of Creative Directors, Wardrobe Stylists, Models, Photographers, Cinematographers & Videographers. @international.na.llc also serves as my first established clothing line. Stay tuned for content and merchandise!

If you know Logan then you know he loves his monster trucks. He asked us everyday last week if he was still going to see monster trucks. A time was had. So much personality in such a small body 🥹. Them trucks stressed me out tho 🫠.

Riding til the wheels fall off 😎.

We’ve literally been together since the first date. No off and on, no breaks. 6 years together and 4 years married next month. @mitchspiration won’t playing bout me 😏.

S/O to our own Brad Mitchell for leading a Youth Town Hall with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tar River Region!

All year long, Brad has been mentoring four local students as they tackled a real issue impacting youth in our city—crime. These teens sat down with local law enforcement, and even traveled to Washington, D.C. to meet with government leaders about how they can help create positive change back home.

The vision? To give more students opportunities to engage in their community, build real-world leadership skills, and spark a pipeline of leaders who will shape our city and beyond.

Mitch is growing his fragrance collection and I thought what better way to celebrate his birthday than with a custom fragrance making experience at @brightblackcandle.

This is the perfect date (friend or romantic) for fragrance lovers. And it was a kid friendly experience if you can’t lock in a baby sitter 🫣.

This workshop is every Saturday- no appointment needed. So make sure yall check them out for a good time. I know we will be back.
