📍 Τεχνητή λίμνη Άγρα (λίμνη Κύκνων), Έδεσσα, Πέλλα, Κ. Μακεδονία. ΕΖΔ-ΖΕΠ δικτύου Natura2000 (GR1240004-6), σημαντική περιοχή πουλιών GR041, Καταφύγιο Άγριας Ζωής Κ781, βιότοπος Corine, τοπίο ιδιαίτερου φυσικού κάλλους, ιστορικός τόπος.

Σημαντικός υδροβιότοπος για υδρόβια πτηνά ανάμεσα στα όρη Βόρας και Βέρμιο, στο έλος Τιάβου σε παλιά κοίτη του Εδεσσαίου ποταμού. Στη λίμνη συνυπάρχουν αρμονικά οι πανέμορφοι βουβόκυκνοι, σύμβολο κομψότητας και προστατευόμενο είδος με τους δραστήριους μυοκάστορες, ξενικό χωροκατακτητικό είδος με πιθανές επιπτώσεις στη λειτουργία του οικοσυστήματος όπως διατάραξη του τοπίου και μείωση της βιοποικιλότητας λόγω διάβρωσης του εδάφους στις όχθες, καταστροφή καλαμιώνων και τροφής με αυγά από φωλιές παρυδάτιων πουλιών.

📌Ο μικρός οικισμός των 28 μονοκατοικιών που χτίστηκαν το 1927 υπήρξε έμπνευση του εργολάβου Δαβίδ Ουζιέλ, ο οποίος ήταν ένας από τους κύριους μετόχους της Εταιρείας Τροχιοδρομών Θεσσαλονίκης (του τράμ). Ο Ουζιέλ συνεργάστηκε με τον σημαντικό αρχιτέκτονα Ζακ Μοσέ. Η συνοικία Ουζιέλ δεν είναι το γνωστότερο δημιούργημα του Ζακ Μοσέ στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Δικό του σχέδιο είναι το Ολύμπιον στην πλατεία Αριστοτέλους, όπως και το εστιατόριο Όλυμπος- Νάουσα στην παλιά παραλία (το οποίο ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα και επαναλειτουργεί). «Η σχέση του Ουζιέλ με την εταιρεία του τραμ βοήθησε στο υπάρξει η φήμη πως η συνοικία σχεδιάστηκε ως συγκρότημα κατοικιών για να στεγάσει τους εργάτες και τους υπαλλήλους του αμαξοστασίου που βρισκόταν παλιά εδώ κοντά, σε αυτό οφείλεται και η παλιά ονομασία της περιοχής: Depot, δηλαδή αποθήκη» λέει ο πολιτικός μηχανικός Θεοδώρας Λιόκας ο οποίος γεννήθηκε το 1959 και πέρασε όλη του την παιδική ηλικία σε ένα από αυτά τα σπίτια. Σήμερα, αφού το ανακαίνισε, το έχει μετατρέψει στο γραφείο του. «Δεν ισχύουν τα περί συνοικίας για τους εργάτες του τραμ ή της Αλατίνης όπως κατά καιρούς γράφεται. Η μητέρα μου γεννήθηκε εδώ, το 1930...

📍 Αιγίνιο, Πιερία, Κ. Μακεδονία.

Το Αιγίνιο Πιερίας αποτελεί έναν οικισμό όμορο με το εθνικό πάρκο Δέλτα Αξιού-Λουδία -Αλιάκμονα και είναι γνωστό ως "η κωμόπολη των πελαργών". Φιλοξενεί περίπου 50-70 ζεύγη πελαργών με φωλιές σε στύλους, στέγες και δέντρα, καθώς είναι σημείο δίπλα σε υγρότοπους, ποτάμια και καλλιέργειες που τους προσφέρουν τροφή. Η φωλεοποίηση αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της περιβαλλοντικής και τουριστικής ταυτότητας του Αιγινίου που έχει αναπτύξει μια μοναδική σχέση με τους πελαργούς. Καλό μήνα σε όλους με υγεία!!

📌Η Καμάρα είναι κτίσμα της εποχής της Ρωμαϊκής
"Τετραρχίας"(αρχές 4ου μ.Χ. αιώνα) και αποτελεί το ένα σκέλος (δυτικό) μίας στεγασμένης στοάς, που σχηματιζόταν από αψίδες και τόξα. Κατασκευάστηκε για να τιμηθεί ο Ρωμαίος Αυτοκράτορας Γαλέριος, όταν αυτός επέστρεψε νικητής στην πόλη (περί το 306 μ.Χ.) μετά από πολέμους του κατά των Περσών. Η θριαμβική αυτή αψίδα ήταν τοποθετημένη κάθετα στην αρχαία Εγνατία, που διέσχιζε την πόλη (δυτικά προς ανατολικά) και αποτελούσε μέρος του λεγόμενου Γαλεριανού συγκροτήματος (Ρωμαϊκά Ανάκτορα), που αναπτύσσονταν κύρια νοτιοδυτικότερα, στις σημερινές πλατείες Ναυαρίνου και Ιπποδρομίου...

📍 Αρκοχώρι (Αρκουδοχώρι), όρος Βέρμιο, Νάουσα Ημαθίας, Κ. Μακεδονία. ΕΖΔ Natura 2000 GR1210001, Καταφύγιο Άγριας Ζωής Κ914.

Η μάχη της επιβίωσης στη φύση. Στους πρόποδες του όρους Βέρμιο ένα μικρό είδος γερακιού, ένα αρσενικό βραχοκιρκίνεζο (Falco tinnunculus) με το θήραμά του ίσου μήκους, μια μεγάλη πρασινόσαυρα (Lacerta viridis) που αποτελεί μέρος της διατροφής του μαζί με μικρά θηλαστικά και έντομα.
