Being back in the Mutterstadt is always a blessing!

Huge shoutout to the @backhaus.kollektiv fam for keeping the spirit alive 🤝
And of course to @academyberlin for always creating such an amazing space for young artists 🙏

@bekkler_bkhs and @oskar_knickelbein join forces on Metropole EP. The two Backhaus residents bring you four tracks, representing a metropole in each cardinal direction. The EP is a fusion of both artists sound and showcases different styles while still fitting in the realm of our beloved groove techno.

New York being a full, hectic track with a lot going on. Kyjiw has a more straight forward and pounding sound. Reykjavík feels cold deep and spacious, while Sydney has a calming, warm and bouncy vibe.

Thanks for this Year. It was difficult. I learned a lot about myself and life. Im still learning. I found a new Hobby, got better in biking, defined my music. I’ve lost my hair. Thanks to everyone where i met this Year! You made it different!

-2021 Recap-

This year has truly been a rollercoaster. I am very greatful to be surrounded by such supportive, beautiful and kind people! I wish you all a successful and happy new year and hope to rave with you soon again! Even though the pandemic hit our industry incredibly hard, I have still somehow managed to achive some insane milestones this year! I am excited to see what the new year has in store for us and hope to reach new hights in 2022. This winter I will step up my production game, try to get some releases in the pipeline and record a whole lot of podcasts for your listening pleasure ❤

See you at the Rave 🚀
