Your body is not asking to be punished. It is asking to be cared for. 🤎

At Bodi Therapi, wellness is about creating space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable.

Whether you need movement, stillness, warmth, release, or simply one quiet hour to breathe again… this is your reminder that your wellbeing deserves to be prioritised too.

Come back to your body. We'll help you do the rest.

= 𝐧𝐨 𝓈𝓅𝓇𝒾𝓃𝑔𝓈 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 😅

Why no springs is harder:

🔸🔥 Less support.

🔸🔥 Slower, more mindful movements.

🔸🔥 Greater core activation.

Your stabilizers (especially transverse abdominis and pelvic floor) have to fire constantly to keep you aligned --- 🔥

Less support. Deeper work.

💪🏼🧡⚡️

First week @thereformroom_malmesbury done and dusted 🤎

This week was packed with beautiful connections! I stand in absolute awe of how God moves daily. I learned a lot. About teaching Pilates, having different bodies in front of me and about myself. Went back to the drawing board after each class.

The Lord is showing me the peace obedience ultimately brings.

Thank you to everyone who supported the studio this week!
To everyone who joined my classes this first week, it was a great privilege to teach you. Thank you for the encouraging messages I received and for praying for me.

I have a LONG way to go but I’m going! I’m surrounded by incredible colleagues who I can learn from as well. Grateful is an understatement.

Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act. Psalm 37:5

Yesterday at Bodi Therapi felt really special 🤎

Post–half marathon legs lengthened and revived on the Body Roll.
Cold water immersion to awaken and reset.
So many “I’ve been meaning to try this” moments.

The feedback I kept hearing?
“We need to make more time to give back to our bodies.”

The energy, the support, the curiosity… it truly exceeded my expectations.

If you were there, tell me your favourite part.
And if you missed it… would you join the next one? ✨
