MASCLESQUE was a huge success we sold out our first show people were buying tickets up until the last minute both online and at the door.

Huge thank you to @juicewinebar for such an amazing venue and staff paired with truly delicious drinks and bites!

Thank you to the most AMAZING crowd! I loved every second of that. it was incredible to be able to host you all for the night and enjoy the hard work and thought that was placed behind this show.

@carmen.lai.garden killed the stage and stole a lot of hearts 💕

@domndangerouss brought an incredibly dangerous energy she had the audience begging for more.

In honor of the midterm elections, read Red, White, & Royal Blue with us! This juicy gay romance follows First Son Alex and his nemesis Prince Henry of Wales in a classic rivals to lovers scenario that was adapted into an R-rated feature film. Book club will take place at @aardwolf_brew, and we’re considering a movie night on another evening… anyone interested?

Our next read is Heap Earth Upon It by Chloe Michelle Howarth. This dark, gothic novel is a follow up to her debut novel, Sunburn. A claustrophobic tale of sapphic obsession, family, and identity in 1965 Ireland. Location is at @aardwolf_brew!

This month, we’re meeting at @juicewinebar to discuss Rubyfruit Jungle, the first novel written by Rita Mae Brown and published in 1973. A funny, rebellious, groundbreaking lesbian coming-of-age story about Molly Bolt as she navigates family, ambition, sexuality, and finding her place in the world.

Content warnings: homophobia, family rejection, sexual assault/coercion, sexism, abortion, and sexual content.
