Today I enjoyed this guy officially becoming a master! To go back to school and get an advanced degree in his 50’s, I’m so proud of him. I know he’s going to do some really great work ahead. Congratulations, my love! 🎓❣️

Oh hey, remember me? I’m still alive, somehow. In the last month I’ve enjoyed…

Back in August hubby and I took off on a fantastic voyage to España with friends. We explored Valencia, Madrid, and Cordoba, all around our friend’s long-awaited pilgrimage to La Tomatina in Buñol. The trip was awe-inspiring, delicious, full of enjoyment, and also very hot (over 100 every day I think)! We’re so grateful to our friends for bringing us along. It was our first pure vacation in 18 years together. Hopefully we can do another much sooner! 💞

Then…we both came home sick with Covid (yes still a thing), and I got pretty thoroughly smacked down. So, I’ve been focusing on rest and getting better every day since. I’m finally making good progress, getting back to taking Obi on walks the last 2 days. And then…I sprained my ankle on this morning’s walk! 😑 I guess I’m still supposed to be resting up and taking care of myself.

Anyway, happy I finally got around to putting together a vacation update, and trusting the process to get back to all my other regularly scheduled programming. Salud!

Today I enjoyed our first park walk since surgery. We kept it mini and actually mellow. Success!

Today I really, really enjoyed ho-hum 43 on a ho-hum Tuesday. I was just gonna have a regular ol’ work day, but so many people I love showered me with love all day, it made it a really special birthday that I’ll always remember. I feel humbly blessed and grateful for another trip around the sun on this particular journey.

Today I enjoyed our 1st 10th wedding anniversary, even as just a regular ol’ day. I love regular ol’ days with this guy and feel lucky for all of them.
