Drink: Countess’ Tea Party

Earl grey infused tea (homemade)
Butterfly pea Flower tea
Lime
Simple
Ginger beer

Directions:
Steep earl grey in your choice of gin at least overnight. (I used @seagramsginsa_ ).

Make pea flower tea (taste to your liking) and allow to cool

Put ice in a Collins glass, add gin, simple and ginger beer. In a separate glass mix pea flower tea and lime juice to create purple hue. Float on top and garnish with a lime and butterfly pea leaves. Smack mint leaves to add to the garnish.

Shout out to everyone that voted for the coconut/grapefruit cocktail! I actually made two different cocktails; one that contained coconut water and bottled grapefruit juice and one that contained fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and coconut milk.

*Full disclosure: I made drink #1 as a back up because the thought of drink #2 intimidated me. But I’m proud to say, they both came out spot on!

@bluru_sight is my confirmation and anyone who knows him knows he would not lie to spare my feelings because feelings don’t matter to him when it comes to food or drink. (And yes, he voted against it before tasting 🙃)

- Largo Bay Coconut Rum
- @oceansprayinc Ocean Spray Grapefruit juice
- Lime
- Simple
- Coconut Water

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit slice.

Ingredients:
- Rum
- Baron De Casterac raspberry liqueur
- Lemon Juice
- Simple syrup
- @qmixers Ginger beer
All ingredients (less the ginger beer) into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour over a fresh ice block into a coupe glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with raspberries and some flowers cause we sexy today ❤️❤️❤️

Muddle leaves, berries, lime, simple. Add whiskey, ice, and shake. Double strain over fresh ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with sage leaves and blueberries.
