A few upper body pulling variations I like for baseball players. Plenty of options to choose from based on the athlete and their needs.

These are 3 great exercises to help get your arm loose and strengthen the tendons that you can’t with any other lift!

For example, these key exercises will help strengthen your pectoralis major, rotator cuff (subscapularis), and anterior deltoids (shoulders)⚡️

1. Band Internal Rotation
2. Overhead Band Tricep Extensions (quick)
3. Banded chest fly

Here are 3 Plyo Drills that will help improve arm speed and become whippy!

It is very important to be careful with your intensity when throwing plyo balls. The heavier the ball, the lighter you should throw.

I recommend 3.5 oz, 5oz, and 7.5 oz for these drills. DM us if you have any questions!
