I’m so proud of this collage. 🥹🖤

And honestly? That makes it even more satisfying because when I first saw the “Bizarre & Surreal” theme for this collaboration hosted by my sweet @tillis_scrapbook , I had absolutely no idea what to do with it. 😂

I’ve also been really inspired by my dear friends @mintchoione and @mj.serene , who are always such a source of inspiration for aesthetic layering 😍(if you don’t know their accounts, you’re missing out!). I’m still a long way from their level, but I’m making progress nonetheless.🤣

Surreal and aesthetic collages are definitely outside my comfort zone. I always have this little voice in the back of my mind wondering whether I’ll actually manage to make all those elements work together.

But this time… somehow, they did. 👀✨

I decided to stop overthinking it, embrace the weirdness, and just play with shapes, colours, movement and composition.

And the result is probably one of those pages that reminds me why getting out of my comfort zone can be so rewarding. 🥰

I’m really, really happy with how this one turned out. 🫶🏽

Okay, I have to admit it… I’m really proud of this page 😍✨

I wanted to play with perspective, and this collection of characters was just perfect for it! I love how the whole scene feels like it’s tilting between the rooftops, with the city stretching out behind her. 🌆☀️

And of course, we can’t forget the decluttering mission! 😂
That sunset is one of those supplies I absolutely LOVE… but somehow never want to use. 🫠 So I’m officially putting it to work!

Honestly, this is without a doubt one of my favourite pages of the month — and August isn’t even over yet! 🤭🖤

Sometimes the pages you’re most proud of are the ones where you just decide to experiment and see what happens. ✨

This teacup girl is feeling romantic today ☕💕

I blame the current collage challenges—they’ve been inspiring so many romantic scenes lately 😏✨

This is my page for the Golden Hour theme, and I have to admit I’m really proud of how it turned out 🤩

The only colors appear on the bridge where the couple stands and in the sunset sky above them. I wanted to capture that feeling of being wrapped in your own little world when you’re with someone you love. The city fades away, the noise disappears, and for a moment, nothing else matters.

It reminds me of a quote from The Little Prince: « It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. » 💘
Their hearts are savoring this moment together—the golden light and the simple joy of sharing an ordinary evening with someone special.

A daily scene, perhaps... but a wonderfully romantic one 🌇🥰

📚✨ Dark Academia might be new territory for me… but honestly? I had so much fun creating this page.

An endless library, mysterious potions, old books filled with secrets, and two girls who look like they stepped straight out of a fantasy novel 🖤

I wanted this collage to feel like the quiet corner of an ancient academy where magic and knowledge meet. A little dreamy, a little gothic, and full of stories waiting to be discovered ✨

Maybe this won’t be my last Dark Academia page after all 😏

Vintage inspiration with a steampunk twist ⚙️✨

A captain preparing his next attack with precision, maps spread across the walls, gears turning like the mechanism of a clock, every detail carefully planned to guarantee victory.

I wanted this collage to feel like the quiet moment before chaos: strategy, ambition, and that cold confidence of someone already convinced they will win 😏

Honestly, I love that this page doesn’t fit the “soft vintage” aesthetic people usually expect from me. The darker tones, metallic details, and steampunk atmosphere made this one especially fun to create 🖤

Sometimes, rules and frames can feel a little too much like cages 😑🧩

This collage was made for the “Grid Frame” collab challenge, built around structure, patterns and a strong focal point. But instead of staying neatly inside the frame… I decided to break it apart 💥

I combined it with my “bad boy” theme for this month #stickersmusketeers challenge that I co-host with @gels_journal and @shelleys.cozy.journal . Because, in the end, that’s exactly what this character represents to me: someone who doesn’t fit expectations, someone who refuses to stay confined inside the boxes others create for him.

It’s not the first time I’ve used these broken mirror/shattered glass textures (maybe that’s something I can officially claim as my signature now? 😎😏) and honestly, they’re always so satisfying to work with

This collage started with forgotten pieces—
old photo film papers I rediscovered while decluttering my supplies (honestly… it felt like archaeology at this point 🫠)
And somehow, everything came together.
It made me think…
What we’re told to be.
What we choose to show.
What exists inside the frame…
And what lives outside of it.
Between the lines.
Beyond the layers.
Who we really are, underneath it all 💫
