We have now gotten two letters from Carter. He is almost officially halfway through boot camp and we get to talk to him Sunday. He seems to be in good spirits and has kept his humor…which has led to some push ups, but overall seems to be handling everything well. His roommate is on the gymnastics team from Arizona and says they get along very well, but that is really the only person he is allowed to talk to. I know he has received some letters, but the more the better. He misses everyone terribly and says his biggest concern is how disconnected he feels from everyone. A quick update on your life, a joke, a local news story, anything to make him feel connected to the outside world would be wonderful!
