⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WE DID IT! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’m so excited (and relieved!) to share that we’ve been awarded a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating! 🎉🧁

If I’m honest, I was incredibly nervous about the inspection. As a small bakery owner, you work so hard behind the scenes, but having everything inspected is still daunting. You can’t help but worry, even when you know you’ve given it your all.

Receiving a 5 star rating means the world to me. It’s recognition of the care, cleanliness and high standards that go into every single bake that leaves my kitchen.

To everyone who has supported my little business, thank you. Every order, every recommendation and every kind word has helped make this possible.

Here’s to continuing to bake delicious treats in a kitchen that’s officially been rated 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you for being part of this journey. 💛✨

Moments like these are why we create. ✨A massive congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Bannister! Witnessing your beautiful vision come to life this weekend was an absolute honour. From our very first consultation, we knew this design had to be completely personal. Every tier was meticulously tailored to reflect their unique love story—blending clean, architectural luxury with their hand-selected, custom flavour profiles. Fresh raspberry with white chocolate ganache and lotus Biscoff with white chocolate ganache. When a cake is truly bespoke, it doesn’t just look breathtaking; it tastes exactly like the celebration you always dreamed of.Thank you, Amy and Samuel, for trusting us with your center piece. Wishing you a lifetime of sweet moments as beautiful as your wedding day. 🥂✨#bespokeweddingcake #buckinghampshirewedding #highwycombebaker #bakery

Lokrum Island is a lush nature reserve and UNESCO World Heritage site located just 600 metres off the coast of Dubrovnik, Croatia. Accessible via a 10-15 minute ferry ride from the Old Town port, it serves as a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Filled with wild peacock roaming around the whole island.

Uzumaki London is the UK’s first immersive Japanese anime and manga-themed restaurant. Located in Bloomsbury, it features hand-painted murals of popular characters and serves dishes directly inspired by classic series like Naruto and One Piece. We had a lovely family meal out exploring our favourite character with amazing food. #uzumaki #ramen #naruto #onepiece #explorelenstheworld
