Very happy to be heading back to Brixton this Saturday for another afternoon/evening with Russell and Marc and the PIDR crew at the lovely little Henge space in Brixton Village.

Had such a good time playing there last time — it’s a really intimate spot and a great place to dig a bit deeper. There was a lovely vibe going as the afternoon rolled into the evening, especially once things got a little more loose and wonky later on…

This time Steve Douch is joining us too, so expect plenty of low-slung, left-of-centre music for corner dwellers and misfits.

PIDR — Henge, Brixton Village
Saturday 22 August
Russell / Marc / Steve Douch / Jonny 5

Free entry — if you’re around Brixton, come down and say hello ❤️

First Underworld. Second Christian Loeffer. Last but not least, every beautiful human I danced with.

It’s been a life affirming week.

It was in week 6 of sobriety last year, where my energy levels and love of life, went through the roof. I’m at that point again, but these incredible live events have amplified these feelings to a whole new level.

The weather has got many down. World affairs are leaving little to celebrate. But we can create silos of wonder. We can spread love, joy, and positivity.

Selfishly, I need too, as I am overflowing right now. So please come and complete a selfless act, and take some of my energy on Saturday. Absorb it, and pass some forward.

Playing alongside one of the best DJs you’ll ever get to listen to, @mjhasler and I will take you on an unplanned, love, and energy fuelled journey through progressive house and beyond, from 7pm to late.

The twitch stream will be shared just before we go live.

It’s Valentine’s Day. Music is life. Music is love. Come share this experience as a community connected in love.

Love and positive energy
Craig xxx

Little heads up… P.I.D.R. are taking over Henge in Brixton soon and I’ll be jumping in for the ride.

Really looking forward to this one — I’ve known Kyle Martin forever. We first played records together in some half-lit basement nearly 20 years ago with George (Black Merlin) and Jonny Nash, and now he’s fresh off the back of that beautiful OAST LP as KOMMUNE. Full circle vibes.

On deck too we’ve got Stuart D. Alexander, a friend of the crew with seriously deep taste — every mix of his I’ve heard has been spot on.

And of course the P.I.D.R. captains Marc + Russell holding it down in between.

I’ll be bringing some crooked edits, goth industrial electro new beat bits and whatever oddities have been bubbling up lately. Should be a proper little gathering in the shadows of South London.

More details soon — come hang with us 🌑
