After 11 years, I played my last game of volleyball today.

It’s my escape, my passion, and also the place where I found my lifelong friends. I will always be forever grateful for every moment, every match, and every memory I have. It’s so hard to say goodbye, but I will cherish the memories this sport has provided for me.

I would first like to thank my beautiful and inspiring mother, who motivated and supported me to get to the level I play at today. She is always there for me at every game and none of my progress and volleyball memories would’ve happened without her and her dedication to me.

And to my teammates, especially the ones I’ve played with season after season, you made the hard days worth it and the good days unforgettable. I am honored to call these girls my teammates and I cannot thank them enough for making my last year the best.

#27 signing off.
