With Fortress, expect the unexpected. We believe there’s beauty in the small moments - the parts of an evening that could easily become music simply filling dead space. Instead every choice is intentional. Every moment matters.

Our DBE Artists - NY founder, Chinah, opens every client conversation with one question: “Tell me your dreams”.

And then Fortress finds a way to bring them to life. ✨

Just another Saturday…. 🎤💃
Give me the Green Light and it’s “Say Less!”
Humbly & Respectfully.

I’ve been doing private events since I was about 10/12 years old in my father’s 10 piece band and I’ve experienced some of the best musicians to learn and absorb from. That was my college. The School Of Life in Realtime!

Whether I’m lead singer, part of the frontline, backgrounds, MCing, Bandleading, MDing, etc… I respect the position and I am always ready. Just pass me the ball. 🏀

Always a super plus when I’m gigging with my squad and/or a dope unit! Good Times!

I DO what I Love & LOVE what I Do! 💃 Grateful!

Nights at @soandsosny be like…

When a classic is requested, me and my crew deliver.

Back performing tonight at 1 of my favorite spots in NYC. I love Friday nights here; where the audience gets to choose any song, artist and/or genre that gets sent to my phone and it becomes a night filled with spontaneity, fun, creativity and crowd participation.

In my Happy Place, performing on stage with my squad. I’m so grateful to @soandsosny for continuing to invite me and my band back. Each time has been its own movie & energy, & always a great time! 🙏

Thank You to all the customers & visitors for your energy, love, support, videos, tags & follows. Much appreciated!
See you tonight or at the next one, July 24th! 😊

S/O to my band for always holding me/it down! 🙏💃🙌

Juneteenth & Birthday #Celebration !
If you truly know me, then you know I celebrate my people, my band and the music I love and respect with my whole heart.

I was incredibly grateful to perform once again at @thejazzclubny at Aman on #Juneteenth, celebrating the culture, the #music, and the legendary artists who paved the way. I was excited to put together a show featuring songs I grew up on, deeply connect with and have performed throughout the years. It was truly a celebration, and I want to thank Aman, the staff, and the audience for rocking out with us all night long!

As we were closing out the night with the classic “Do I Do” by theeee GOAT, Stevie Wonder, I had to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate one of my people: my friend, my keyboardist/MD, my LockNKey. 🔐

We’ve been building together for years, and although this kind of attention isn’t exactly his thing (LOL), we all needed to show him some love.

It’s officially his birthday today! IYKYK!

I know he’s gonna kill me for this, but I don’t care.
I’m a 🐏🔥 and I’ve gotta love those damn 🦀🌊 all the way down! 😜

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MILES ROBERTSON!! 🥳🙏🤓
————————————————————————————-

Big Shoutout to my Phenomenal Band, Brothers & Family!
I Love Y’all Through & Through! Cheers to many more stages, gigs, shows, and unforgettable moments together. I appreciate every single one of you. Thank you for always rocking out with me. 🙏
