Merry Christmas From our amazing team ❤️

I would like to thank you all for your hard work and dedication throughout the year. Brady Tiling wouldn’t be where it is today without the contribution of each and every one of you.

This year has been a big one - we’ve welcomed new faces to the team and farewelled others. We’ve strengthened our relationships, not just within our crew, but also with our builders and suppliers.

Our focus on delivering high quality tiling work and top-notch service has set us apart, and that’s all thanks to your efforts. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together, and I’m looking forward to building on this momentum in the new year. Let’s keep raising the bar and supporting each other as we take on new challenges and opportunities in 2026.

Well the hauora journey still continues, 3.5yrs ago I began my journey to change my. Almost to the day a year ago, I joined @bft_ponsonby , and what a ride it’s been! Just the weekend gone I completed my third 8 week challenge, and I shit you not this one was absolutely my hardest! I was completely challenged physically and mentally BUT also this one I truly worked the HARDEST! Faced multiple hurdles and was juggling, what felt like, a hundred balls, and many times wanted to give up HOWEVER with the massive support of my team coaches and my amazing gym fam, they kept me accountable. On Saturday I completed my scan, all I wanted was my body and fitness levels back but was I wrong! I got results that showed me the most FITTEST, the most STRONGEST and the most HEALTHIEST I have ever been. So my proudest results yet, I lost 14.1kgs of TOTAL FAT MASS only carrying 11.7kgs of Fat Mass now – this is crazy, whilst gaining a massive 5.6kg Lean Body Mass (MUSCLE) and if you know me you know this number is HUGE! The last photo is a constant reminder of how far I’ve come and that heavy burden of 145kgs. This weekend I had time to reflect that, and what these last 8 weeks have now meant to me. There are so many people to thank and have decided to do a separate post to honour those people properly but quickly I want to thank @melissaandmillie my #1 supporter/coach at BFT you know how much you mean to me. Our owners @_sarahcairns @jaredhards_realestate @hannahgower @edenjessup for putting up with my shenanigans & allowing me to think I am your #1 member lol. My amazing gym fam @bubs20 @mk4__smrft @_goodlord @sheenathanwong @lavea_squad @timminz_1041 @marlon._.purcell who always have my back. I have to mention my OG BFT fam @bft_hamiltoneast @lishy______ @dj_weast @corbanmets for bringing BFT into my life – its honestly changed me forever. And also have to mention the other studios that have had to put up with me lol @bft__mtwellington @bft_manukau I CAN’T THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH
