We decided to throw a party for our debut single release “NO LINES”. The inspiration for the track came when we found ourselves in Malibu for an extra day after a cancelled flight. We were at the top of this canyon with a carpet of clouds beneath us.
We didn’t think we could replicate that location in the middle of winter in Melbourne, so we set about drawing creative inspiration from it.
This concrete dome presented itself, and we fell in love and instantly saw a vision. Trouble was, a concrete dome can provide disastrous or potentially beautiful acoustic risks.. this place has an 8 second reverb decay… unless you absolutely fill the joint with people, and we did just that!

Thanks to the support of @mkiiproaudio and @nextra.av, we are completely transforming Penny Black’s outdoor beer garden space with club standard lighting and impeccable sound for this Saturday.

Carefully throughout production elements are central to the A.DOT experience and the design heavily features re-usable materials, lowering environmental impact and waste.

We’ve also taken inspiration from the European festival circuit, blending industrial elements with a hint of disco aesthetic to boot.

Swipe through to see the design process and the final designs for Saturday’s party.

First release tickets are 90% sold out, get in quickly - link is in our bio.

A.DOT System presents: Open air twilight party, raising funds for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre - Featuring DJ JNETT, Ricky Nord, Slavic Spritz and more.

Take a trip with us to the iconic Penny Black in Brunswick as we transform their open-air beer garden with our signature audio-visual experience — all in support of a great cause.

Kick off the day with soul-infused house grooves from some of Naarm/Melbourne’s finest selectors, before the tempo rises into the realms of progressive house and thumping techno as twilight fades into night.

100% of the proceeds of this event will go directly to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC). The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre is a fantastic charity supporting refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia. Their services include food banks, healthcare, legal aid, and powerful advocacy to help people rebuild their lives in safety and dignity.

Tickets on sale now! - via Resident Advisor (link in bio)
