2025 highlights!

Been a delightful off-season of yard projects, exercise, and parenting, but 2026 wedding season fires up in just over a week!

We are fully booked for 2026 - but would consider adding on local (Louisville) work if someone is looking to add last minute film coverage. We’ve started booking for 2027 - likely only taking 4-6 clients next year, so if you want to reserve one of the remaining spots reach out!

Feel like you can tell a lot about the values of a creative based on their productions. I watch a lot of wedding videos for inspiration and feel like I come away from each knowing the couple, yes, but with enough practice I’ve come to feel like I’ve started to learn a lot about the film makers as I’ve watched their final products. Some value vintage, some emotion, romanticism, or beauty for beauties sake. Others love the art of storytelling, or even (I often fear I fall into this one) style over substance.

I often wonder what people think about us when they watch our work. Though I’m not sure we have a definitive style, there is a place Annie and I love more than almost anywhere in the world. And I think that comes through in our films in a big way. That place is a wedding dance floor. And holy wedding bells did Mary Katherine and Jacob’s day have one for the ages. Look hard enough and you’ll find me, brewski in hand instead of camera, getting down w all my heart (apologies to all past and future clients where Ive gotten a little too into the dancing and put my camera down).

An awesome day capped off by an absolutely banger of a reception. Still can’t get over the @thegreatgrandfinaleband ‘s renditions of Pony, Pink Pony Club, a fall out boy take on Mr. Brightside, and All the Small Things.

We work our magic no matter what your day looks like. But if you’ve got good dance vibes? We’re gonna leave everyone thinking ‘damn that looks like a blast’. That’s what I want people to take away from my films.

Fun. Loud. And lots of reeeealy top notch side eye. Such a solid way to kick off our 2025 wedding season. Considering adding ‘live band must play Pony’ to my future contract requirements.
