I started doing Shaun T’s INSANITY in 2011, and since then, I’ve completed almost every one of his programs. T25 even helped me get back into shape after Juliette.

I first met Shaun in 2018 and have been lucky enough to attend several of his events, including spending a long weekend at his Transformation Center with the most amazing group of women. This weekend was the first time I saw him or went to an event since pre-pandemic.

And this time, I got to bring Paul to his first Shaun T event and live workout! I may have barely made it through the workout 😂, but the reunion was 100% worth it!

What started as a program I saw on an infomercial turned into a my soulmate trainer, friendship, incredible experiences, and so many amazing people and memories along the way!

Miss all of you!! ❤️

A map of love. This was Ted’s journey home. Ted’s road to us was paved with kindness. 1 transport coordinator, 18 volunteer drivers (driving 26 legs and two sleepovers), a loving foster in Michigan, and a pet transport company that helped him cross the border (during COVID) where we picked him up and brought him home — 2,123 miles (3417 km) of pure love.

This journey still moves us. It’s proof of what’s possible when people come together for one little soul.

And their love didn’t stop at the transport. So many of the volunteers who helped along the way continued to love and check in on Ted while he was with us; and continue to check in on us today. 🥹

We are forever grateful to everyone who helped bring Ted home. Thank you. ❤️🐾

“Hi, I’m Tyson!”

Tyson just turned 1 and this shoot was to celebrate his birthday! His mom, Melissa, works at an animal rehabilitation center in Fort Wayne. Tyson was brought in one day and she instantly fell in love and knew she had to rescue him. Tyson goes to work with his mom since Tyson needed some rehabilitation with his walking. He cannot go super long distances, but he did amazing at our shoot! All that water treadmill therapy is working 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

After Tyson left the shoot, he passed out on his car ride from back to Fort Wayne. While home, his mom decided to split his birthday cake with his siblings but Tyson stole his sisters slice of cake. Guess he loves @threedogindy as much as the rest of us! 📸🐶

ALL THE FEELS💕💕💕

A year ago, I got on a plane to Arizona and headed to the transformation center for a weekend retreat with Shaun T, team Shaun T, and 9 complete strangers I had never met.

Its VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to meet people you don't know, not knowing what to expect.

But at the same time, I KNEW I would walk away from the experience with a full heart, my mind a little stronger and connected to others on a deeper level, because THATS WHAT SHAUN T DOES for your soul!💯

So even tho I was uncomfortable and NERVOUS, I was just as EXCITED!!!

I remember getting off the plane and thinking OMG, SHAUN T and TEAM SHAUN T are gonna get so sick of me, because I had just gone to a weekend retreat in Nice France, 5 months prior to this.

WHY IS SHE COMING TO ANOTHER?!😂

Because if I CAN LEARN,
GROW, TRANSFORM and be INSPIRED BY THE BEST, IM GONNA DO ITTTT!!!!

Shaun T, I love and miss you FREAKIN DEEPLY!❤️

Thank you for such a memorable experience, and for bringing complete strangers TOGETHER, opening our hearts and still be connected till this day!
