Spent five days in a cabin on a lake in Wisconsin with @mllehelenjane. No WiFi and barely a bar of service. Billie Holiday Radio on Spotify, hours of art & enrichment time, and dog walks through a sea of yellow birch leaves. We took turns feeding each other and laughed so hard I thought I was going to have a heart attack. We didn’t even turn on the TV once!

It was glorious. Thank you, HJ! I ❤️you so much!

Adjusting to bigger responsibilities and smaller social circles hasn’t been easy, but she still won't use “FML” to assess her lifestyle--unless it means “foxy, middle-aged lady.”
