🪐 ARS SOL NIGER (ASN)

The Black Apotheia en colaboración con
@mllrdavid y LUCIFER GNOSIS.

Ponemos a la venta esta edición
Ilustrada con el particular y oscuro arte
de David Müller.

————————————

Dive deep into the enigmatic world of Aghora, a Hindu tradition where spirituality transcends societal norms and embraces all aspects of existence. 🌒

Aghoreśvarī (अघोरेश्वरी) is a revered Goddess in the Aghora sect, mentioned in the Manthānabhairavatantra, a significant Tantric text. She embodies fearlessness and profound spiritual insight. 🌺

🔹 Divine Energy: According to the Manthānabhairavatantra, Aghoreśvarī is associated with the worship of the goddess Kubjikā. She stokes the supreme fire, contemplating it burning fiercely, and recalls the energy of Aghoreśvarī while sitting on the adamantine seat (vajrāsana). In this intense meditation, she becomes like a smokeless, burning coal, transcending mortal existence. 🔥

🔹 Role & Status: Women in the Aghora tradition, like Aghoreśvarī, are revered as seekers of spiritual liberation. They break free from conventional societal roles, dedicating themselves to deep spiritual practices and embodying the essence of fearlessness. 💫

🔹 Practices: Female Aghoris engage in transformative rituals, such as meditating in cremation grounds and performing acts meant to transcend dualities and ego. Their practices challenge societal taboos and push the boundaries of spiritual exploration. 🌿

🔹 Challenges: The path of a female Aghori is not without its challenges. They face unique societal and spiritual trials, navigating a world that may view their practices with suspicion. Despite these obstacles, they remain dedicated to their profound spiritual journeys, enduring both physical and psychological demands. 🌀

🔹 Inspiration: Aghoreśvarī is the consort of Svacchandabhairava, as described in the Svacchandabhairavatantra. Known as the goddess who ‘devours disease’ (vyādhibhakṣaṇī), her form mirrors that of Svacchandabhairava, reflecting her powerful attributes and divine energy. 🌸

Hector Escobar.
