help us celebrate our very own teacher, Mikala, on hitting 250 CLASSES at PB Baton Rouge! ❤️‍🔥🥳

throughout her Pure Barre journey, Mikala has taken many more classes at other studios, bringing her to nearly 2,000 classes total!!! 💪🔥

we are SO proud of you for continuing to make time for yourself to take class while also teaching, managing, and giving so much to our community.

🫶 you truly do it all, and we’re so lucky to have you!

✨ square your hips down.
✨ tuck your hips under.
✨ work from your highest point of control.

you should immediately feel the work become sharper, deeper, and way more targeted.

remember: the tiniest moves bring the mightiest shake 💪😉
