Who gets the opportunity to build the next big idea?

Last year, I had the pleasure of joining @maria_adeniran and @lawunminwaiwu for a fireside conversation as part of @themomentoftruthseries exploring the realities of entrepreneurship and the challenges many founders continue to face.

Watch this introduction to our conversation with @stephensoleye and over the coming days I’ll be sharing more about how @nationalmentoringday grew from an idea into a global movement, along with insights on mentoring, entrepreneurship, resilience, and why access, visibility, and support are so important for every founder.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. What’s one thing you think would make the biggest difference for early-stage founders?

People often ask me how National Mentoring Day grew into a global movement.

Watch this video to hear why I believe mentoring is the answer to the greatest business challenges. It’s about understanding that we all have something to learn, and we all have experience, wisdom, and knowledge worth sharing.

What does mentoring mean to you?

Save the date and get involved join us on 27th October for @nationalmentoringday
