THE PERFECT SUNDAY 🧖🏼‍♀️👟✨🤍🫧

GLOW AFTER GO 🏃🏻‍♀️✨

Sounds like the perfect morning!

September, where do I even begin!?

By far the most special month of the year so far, and I don’t think I’ve fully processed it all yet! 🥹

From hosting my very first yoga retreat in beautiful Portugal with the most amazing group of people, to watching one of my best friends get married 🩷

From some much-needed time off, to stepping into some very exciting new roles at @mlstudiosnl and coming back full of energy. Say hi to ML Head Coach Yoga & Talent Coach Reformer! 👋🏼

This month was all about remembering to take a step back, pinch myself every now and then, and occasionally hit the brakes to actually realise just how fast things are moving.

I absolutely love the direction I’m heading in, and I can’t wait to see what October has in store ✨

(Sold) This beautiful 1930s Art Deco cabinet officially found its new home at @mltrainingclub Den Bosch last week. I love how the rich, warm wood grain, unique rounded details, and glass display cabinet match their premium environment perfectly. Proof that hard work and high-end style go hand in hand. Stop by, take a look, and feel the vibe during a workout! @mlstudiosnl

Belated August favourites… better late than never! 🩷

While we’re already well into September, August is definitely not a month to forget. It flew by in the best (and busiest) way, filled with social outings, work highlights, teaching birthday classes, preparations for my very first yoga retreat, and of course, a much-needed holiday with family in France. ✨

I genuinely enjoyed every single moment of it, but I also realised just how much I had been running on adrenaline. Once I finally slowed down during my holiday, a lot of tiredness caught up with me. So my biggest takeaway — and intention for the month ahead is to slow down, create more space, and actually take the time to process everything. Because honestly… the current pace of life has been feeling like 300 km/h! 🫠

Here are some of my favourite August moments!

How was your August? 🤗

You can never have enough outdoor cinema dates during summer! 🎬✨

Our final Pilates & picnic in the park 🥹 Who else loved these as much as I did?!

A much-needed trip back to Brussels, where I used to live before moving to Den Bosch. It’s always so nostalgic to return to the city I once called home. 🥹

I taught a fun Reformer Pilates class at @mlstudiosnl for my family to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We had SO much fun! 🥰

@yogametimke and I teamed up and launched our very first retreat day together, joining forces! 🩷💪 Will you be joining us?

I had the opportunity to teach at the beautiful @yogainbeweging in Vlijmen. 🩷

Pretty much every free minute in August went into preparing for my very first yoga retreat... right down to the smallest details. I designed my own tote bags for the goodie bags! 👜✨

One of my best friends, who lives in Jakarta, came back to the Netherlands for the summer. I got to visit her and her lovely family and friends in Heerenveen, and even taught a yoga class for her birthday! 🥰
