On 16th of June we will host the sixth light contact MMA tournament (groups of 4) to give everyone a chance to gain their first experience in the cage with relatively low risk of injury.

This is a great opportunity to prepare for full contact and/or for people who cannot attend full contact fights due to age, profession, health conditions or other reasons.

No idea what LC means? Image normal sparring but against a stranger and under normal tournament circumstances (referee, judges, etc)

Like, share and spread the word!

Registration is open now!

Vielen Dank und Support the Sport 🙏
