i’m incredibly grateful to be part of an ensemble with a passion to perform at the highest level. there is absolutely nothing that compares to the amount of talent that surrounds me !! thank you rcc <3 🐯

My dear companions of RCC,
The season went by as quick as the breeze arrived and left—a fleeting breath across the open field, carrying with it the sharp crack of sticks and plates still echoing somewhere in the hollows of memory. Together we traced The Line Between Us, forging something fierce and fragile all at once, and now the final note has faded into the night.
How strange it feels to leave this place. 3 weeks out yet not a single moment goes by without my memories to consume me. Loving RCC was the easiest thing I have ever done. It required no grand decision, no careful weighing of the heart. One simply stepped into the circle, felt the pulse of the ensemble move through the marrow of one’s bones, and belonged. In the long hours of rehearsal, in the quiet exhaustion after a run that finally sang true, in the shared laughter and the sharper silences when we knew we had not yet crossed that line we sought—in all of it, I found a home more real than many I have known by blood or address.
You have been my fellow pilgrims chasing perfection across gym floors and parking lots and darkened auditoriums. I carry with me now the weight of every bruise, every blister, every moment we chose discipline over comfort and art over ease. These things do not leave a man lightly. They become part of the stride.
Though the road turns for me now and I must walk another path, know that I leave no small part of myself behind—etched into the risers, woven into the drill, lingering in the resonance of every chord we struck while drawing The Line Between Us. Whatever comes next, I shall measure it against the standard we set here: ruthless, beautiful, and true.
Thank you—for the music, for the fire, for the brief and brilliant season we shared.

this season was so much more than just the hardest show I have ever performed. it was a dream come true, and I was so blessed to be able to perform this crazy show with some of the best people I could share the floor with. I would do anything to run b to c one more time in lovekin court (even on a sprained foot) just to have more time with everyone I cherish here. I am eternally grateful for this opportunity and I thank the staff and members for making this such a memorable season, and a special thank you to my wonderful partner for all the hours spent driving to and from and for keeping me sane through it all as well as my family for all of your support. I would have never thought I would be here, and to say that I was is something I am so proud of and grateful for. thank you rcc 🫶

RCC 2026 | Line between us

This season was one of best experiences of my marching career and I couldn’t have asked for a better show to age out with. I want to say thank you RCC for always pushing the activity. To the staff, thank you for giving me an opportunity to show what I had to give. To my fellow members, I’m so happy I got to make new friends during my short but special time with this group, I love each and every single one of you and am happy to be apart of the RCC family :)

First year in an independent complete! WOOO!! If you had told me right after I had finished by guard season last year, that I would get to perform at the UD again, I wouldn't have believed you.

To the vis members:
Kira: Thank you for being such an amazing section leader and being the person I could look up to in performance and technique.

Angie: Thank you for being such a sweet and kind soul, making sure that we were never dehydrated and always a stunning performer.

Rylan: Thank you so much for being so funny and so caring, always offering to help if someone was injured or not feeling the best.

Erick: I'll miss you so much and i'll make sure to send you many letters when you're off in the military. Life is never dull around you when you're as driven and selfless as you are.

Ava: You're so incredibly passionate about dance and movement and I can't help but admire that. Thank you for being someone so easy to talk to. Can't wait to see you in RCC next year!

Brooke: You're such a sweet and kind girl and I loved that we got closer the week of dayton. Thank you so much for being someone who shows their enthusiasm openly. I love you so much <3

Aliyah: I remember the callback auditions, you stood out as an amazing performer and not only that, i learned that you're an incredibly sweet girl who never fails to make everyone smile. I love you and don't become a stranger <3

Julie: My chi!! my older sister!! Thank you for always being there, whether that be to talk to about something stupid, being someone I could look for in terms of performance or getting food together. You've made such a positive impact on my life and I have no words but to say thank you and I love you :) <3

To the staff: You have made my first world Independent group so incredible. The love and effort you put into this group is acknowledged and I thank you endlessly for making this season unlike anything else. Thanks @chaunick___ for teaching me and helping me better as a performer and a person. Everything that you've taught me throughout the season is something i'll be able to carry into every aspect of my life <3
