1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ classes ago I reluctantly went to @barre3metrodetroit after months of Monica asking me to join. I’m so glad I caved because life has been much better since. I was worried that I was too out of shape and that I would have to modify things. But now I know modifying isn’t cheating, it’s making it work for where you’re at. I’m mentally and physically stronger and I’m honestly just beyond proud of myself. So cheers to me and feeling good as hell. Cause 100 classes later and I’m doing things I didn’t think I’d be capable of. 👏🏻💪🏻💜🫡 Also congratulations to Monica for 500 classes, you’re killing it. And thank you to these ladies for being so supportive of us both.
