I love coaching and getting out to support the community. The high fives, the pushes to the finish, the smiles at the end. The energy is like no other!

2026 New Jersey City 5K 19:19 Finish Time I felt Amazing and just went with it I honestly wasn’t try to do this speed but I warmed up and felt good so I took my jacket off and passed it to my Cap @roberto_cuellar19 and took off !! I was able to do this comfortable and controlled my breathing was so locked it I didn’t feel the miles before I knew it last mile and I get excited for the finish so I picked up pace to finish strong and was extremely proud of myself because even after I finished I didn’t feel fatigue!! That’s a win for me!! 🫡🫡🐉🐉🔥🔥🔥 I went back to cheer and it was a blast seeing dragon fire on the course !!! Congratulations to all runners and great work out there !!!! 🫡🫡🐉🐉🔥🔥🔥🔥 #nycturk #nycdragons #hardworkpaysoff #nevergiveup #godsplan

Spent the morning riding through Kedron… so naturally I had to get AI to jump on the edit 🤖🎬

A little throwback to Sydney Marathon race week.

Shakeout runs.
New faces.
New conversations.
Same obsession with running.

Every day, another crew.
Every run, another connection.
Day by day, the community grows.

And honestly, that’s what race week is all about. 💙

So many friends down under
Most of these were unplanned
Just kept bumping into people
People I was over the moon to see
People I hadn't met in NY but did across the world
Made new friends, just randomly but always meant

Really one of the best parts was seeing many of us out there!

Congratulations my friends, we did that!

Brilliant Weekend

18 miles today. One of the strongest runs I think I've ever had with 5 mile #nyrr Team Champs smack in the middle. Hills are surely paying the bills.

Stay repping @teamwrk

Central Park I believe we are on good terms now

Cherry on top a sweet team bbq hosted by my darling coaches @joeshayne @jenn.shayne and got to spend non-running time with some of my teammates. I love a good belly laugh and def got some today

More friend vibes today and out of 5k people in the park for race my cousin @morelifetolive happen to be riding through set for a ride all the way to Connecticut and passes right by me just a split second turn and I saw him. Cray 👀👀
