My first time at the US Open …Sitting there, I kept thinking about how many unseen hours it takes to make something look that effortless. Watching these athletes up close was inspiring and humbling. It reminded me that no matter what we’re building, all of us are still learning, still practicing and still trying to get a little better

Grateful to @lululemon for the invitation and to the people I got to share the night with

Earlier this year with the @lululemon team I declared my yet statement with them, “I haven’t run a half-marathon yet”. Today I was able to check that off my bucket list!

It’s been unreal to witness the love, energy, and community here in Vancouver. I’ve had the pleasure of connecting with fellow trainers & people from all over the world & am leaving this experience on such a high.

Thank you to the entire @lululemon team for the spaces you create and for this community. Couldn’t be prouder of this moment!

Jump around, y’all—your bones (and mood) depend on it. Technically, I may have been the oldest fit pro at @lululemon Summer Series, but I definitely had the most fun…
🌟Strong bones and a playful spirit are a powerful combo.🌟

STAY STOKED💪⚡️

Sumo deadlift is worth loving for these reasons:

1. Shorter range of motion. The wide stance and upright torso mean the bar travels less distance to lockout, which often allows you to move more weight with less total effort.
2. Hip and glute dominant. The wide stance loads the hips, glutes, and inner thighs more than conventional, making it a great option if those are your target muscles — or if your back fatigues easily under load.
3. Spine-friendly mechanics. The more vertical torso position reduces shear force on the lumbar spine, which makes it a smart pull for people managing lower back issues or those with longer torsos relative to their leg length
