So many things to be grateful for this year. Here are some in no particular order.
1. Our amazing chosen family supporting us for a grand opening party February 2023. So many of them have volunteered their time rolling cake balls, helping us at markets, and getting our shop ready to open to the public. Grateful is an understatement.
2. All the Chattanoogans that have joined us for one of our hands on baking classes during our Great British BakIng Show series. New classes coming in 2024!
3. Although she made this wedding season a little more stressful, baby girl Ruby, I’m so thankful for you choosing us to be your parents. You’re a dream and the love of our lives. My wife, Megan, has been an amazing parent and partner. Always making sure I eat and sleep… and answer my emails in a timely manner.
4. Those who come in to our Eastgate shop during the week for your favorite sweet treats.
5. The opportunity to bake for and meet @fortunefeimster always a pleasure!
6. Being invited to share @reignbowbakingco with the daily viewers of @chattthisnthat
7. Working with local businesses like @chattanoogazoo during their special events like Spirits in the Wild
8. Our amazing clients that trust us to bake their dreams come true. We live to provide you and your guests with a cake that not only looks great but tastes amazing as well. Without you we wouldn’t be one of the top wedding cake bakeries in Chatt!
9. @thechattery for always supporting us and hosting cake decorating classes.
10. The first year of business is difficult for anyone. Hiring has been one of the biggest trials. Our baker, Victoria, has been with us since August and she’s been an absolute rockstar throughout my maternity leave. She came in with only home baking experience but was eager to learn. I’m so grateful she joined our Queen Team when she did. She’s a true godsend.

We got married this weekend! I've never felt so surrounded by love and happiness and I'm so thankful to every single person that came and shared in our big day 💖👰 I never had my phone on me so here are some stolen pics until the professional ones come back.
