Today marks the 2 year anniversary of one of my best friends, Monica Ness passing from Ewing Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. This tattoo is from a sketch that she had in her sketchbooks. It's been made into a pin and is sold via @yosickzine with proceeds going to benefit the foundation her family created in her name. The link to purchase is in my bio. In life and in death, memories are all we have. Make good ones folks. RIP MNCNSS

My buddy @yosickzine blessed me with this tight new Live/Die pin designed by our pal Monica Ness.
Monica passed away late last year after a long battle with cancer & @yosickzine was able to follow through with the collaboration they had started. Proceeds from sales of that pin will be donated to Cedars Cancer Foundation #nofun #yosick #monicaness #livedie #fuckcancer

Perfect mail day just before Valentine's. Now I can proudly show off Mon's work every day. Thanks to cool guy PG at @yosickzine for making this happen.

Side note: Don't wait for a special occasion to appreciate all of the love and amazing people you're lucky enough to have in your life. You never know how long you'll have it so celebrate every day. 💖

In the last weeks before Monica passed we would talk about going back to visit England once she was better, In the last moments before she let go I made her a promise that she would go back, anyone who follows me has already seen this picture but I wanted to let all of you who I am not friends with know that I kept my promise and she made it back over the pond! Farewell Momo! -Mike
