$25k to local artists through @sunsetjazzcafe ☀️🎷
This year, instead of putting my money towards corporate interests, I put it back into the hands of the local community. 🤝 I turned my back on @aegpresents & @livenation to put $25,000 back to Denver instead of the major corporations. Thank you to @mockingbird.denver & their entire team for hosting these free events over 7 months. ☀️
.
All of our events have been FREE and LOCALLY driven. Not enough people have loyalty to the community, and I want these events to remind people that our team really made an effort to put the community first with these events. We brought in Mariachi for our finale because at my core, I’ve always wanted the focus to be live instrumentation.
.
I will be doing individual thank you’s but for now, here is a recap of our more recent event with @sunsetjazzcafe ☀️❤️🤝

“Wins” is about reaching the wins despite being an under dog.
“Losses” is about overcoming the Ls on the way to the wins. I’m excited to be working on Losses Pt 2 because I just got thru one of my toughest chapters & I have a lot to talk to yall about.

Don’t dwell on it. Don’t sit in it. Feel it. Face it. Heal & Keep pushin! Keep yo head up dawg. It May be a simple song, but This is one of my favorites from the project. Even shed a few tears making some of these So I hope it helps you get thru it and to it if nothing else. If you’ve been rockin, I appreciate you and If you got some for me, I love you too. See yall soon.

Only has 1 verse.
Who should I put on this one?

Had a blast as always spinning at @somerset.otr
Appreciate their team for providing the space to let me spin whatever the hell pops into my brain for 4 hours!

Thank you to everyone who braved the humidity and eventual downpour to come dance and vibe with ya boy!

Summer is OFFICIALLY over.

And a big shout out to my Saiyan brother @file.47_ for the 🔥 @mo.dem_ gear.

The robots will know I'm on their side once they take over.

Stay tuned for more music at new locations this Fall! If you missed out this night, check out the full mix on SoundCloud.
