The Diner Trousers are here! Head over to lydianaomi.com to get your limited time discount!

The Diner Trouser is something of a glorified mullet: elegant minimalism in the front and celebratory comfort in the back. These pants are carefully elasticated to make you the most expandable diner of them all. There is no longer a need to conceal the relief of a discreetly unfastened button because the Diner Trouser is here for you.

Featuring a sophisticated sewn crease, angled pockets, fly zip and shaped buttoned waistband on the front. The back features the comforting simplicity of a gently elasticated waistband. Sew these bottoms in a flowing 8 ounce linen, Tencel twill, or rayon challis for the most effortless, season fluid trousers.

This pattern has a video tutorial, photo instructions and an adjustment guide with pattern hack options! It can be printed with layers, and also has an A0 large format print file.

I hope you enjoy my pattern!!

Friends, I'm excited to announce that the raffle to win this gorgeous quilt is now live. Entries will be accepted through April and the drawing for the quilt will be in early May. Link for the raffle page is in my bio
.
.
This 104 x 96 inch scrappy nine patch quilt was a class project, sewn by a group of women from Burma (Myanmar), Ethiopia, and Mexico. They have been Make Welcome students for several years and have all become skilled garment and home decor sewists. Many of them are employed doing such work.
.
.
The opportunity to collaborate has brought the group members closer. Their finished quilt tells the story of a journey, each fabric scrap a reminder of a sewing success, a new skill learned, a sewing milestone reached. Most of all, though, this beautiful quilt, composed of scrappy blocks pieced and arranged, the whole far more than a collection of individual blocks, tells the story of a diverse group of women, from a variety of difficult backgrounds, coming together, as the quilt came together in welcome and friendship, to blossom in their skills and creativity.
.
.
Entries are $10 for one and $25 for three. We are only able to ship to a US address. If you are local and would like to see the quilt in person it will be on display at Stash Charlotte during April.
.
.
All proceeds will go to supporting the quilt class and other Make Welcome sewing programs.
.
.
Please feel free to share to your social media and help us raise funds for this incredible program.
