Our first day at Zimmer 55 was everything we could have dreamed of - and somehow, so much more.

To every beautiful soul who came by, stayed for hours, shared a conversation, brought their dogs, or simply made themselves at home — THANK YOU. Seeing you settle in, hang around, and make the place your own was the most special feeling. It made us feel like you loved it just as much as we do.

To our blues guitarist @mo.jo.hand — you were INSANELY GOOD. Two 45-minute sets and you had us completely blown away. We’re still talking about it.

To our friend Lucy @luce_ta , who showed up with Sumaq and turned our little vintage shop into a proper Western scene - we couldn’t have asked for anything better. 🐎

And to every single person who was part of this day: you made it what it was.

We opened the doors with a vision, but what happened on Sunday was beyond anything we could have imagined. The music, the people, the dogs, the horse, the conversations, the energy - it was just stunning.

We’re so grateful to start this little adventure surrounded by so many beautiful souls.

Thank you for showing up. Thank you for staying. Thank you for making Zimmer 55 feel alive from day one.

We’re open every Sunday from now on, 12:00–18:00. Come by, browse a little, stay for a while, and make yourself at home.

🎶 ¡Hoy sí! Ya está aquí. 🎶

Después de tantos años de trabajo, de ideas, de momentos compartidos y de muchas ganas, por fin podemos presentaros nuestro primer disco: “De Rama en Rama”. 🌿

Un trabajo de 10 temas, algunos cortos e intensos, de esos que golpean el cerebro, y otros más largos y cuidados, pensados para llegar un poquito más al corazón.

Ha sido un camino largo, pero también muy bonito. Por fin nos aventuramos a grabar estas canciones y ahora llega el momento que más ilusión nos hace: que las escuchéis y que, de alguna manera, también se hagan vuestras.

Pressure will be out this Thursday!!

Recorded at @sagravaestudi with the incredible @mo.jo.hand engineering, I brought in @juanpalmu and @david_soldavini to hold down the rhythm section. I had the pleasure of performing the song live a couple weeks ago at @thejazzlounge_by_florenciocruz with the band.

Look forward to some amazing guitar work by Jordi and lots of harmonies on Thursdays release.
