Most gyms are quiet on Sunday. Ours isn’t. 🔊

Sunday class closed out the weekend the right way, and the whole room said it loud: TITLE.

Shoutout to Arielle @ariellegymenez and Keely @keelysfitness_, who set the tone from the first round.

Brunch tastes better when you’ve earned it. DM the Club and come earn yours with us.

There are so many gyms out there… What makes ours different. 🥊. 🥊

Our coaches lift things most people wouldn’t try. Our members show up and hit the bag like they mean it. And our cheerleaders? They’re the reason nobody here works out alone.

This is TITLE Boxing Club Winter Park.

SELFE DEFENSE is something we all need to be comfortable with! 20 women from all stages joined us on Sunday. Teenagers. Moms. Women in their young 50s. All there for the same reason — to learn what to do in the moment it actually matters.

Coach Kat led two hours of hands-on training built around four things: recognize a threat before it escalates, maintain awareness, create an escape, and protect yourself if you can’t. Not theory — practiced live, on each other, until it became instinct instead of information.

Kat brought more than technique to this one. Her own personal experience is what made every drill land different — real, direct, and effective.

Swipe through the day: the training, the moments in between, and what these women had to say afterward.

Want in on the next one? Drop a comment or DM us — we’ll let you know when it’s scheduled.

Spanish:

El domingo llegaron 20 mujeres. Adolescentes.

☀️🏖️🌊
We closed the club on a Saturday. Best call we made all year.

40 TITLE family members packed tents, coolers, a grill and drove over an hour to Daytona Beach Shores — because for us, showing up for each other doesn’t stop at the heavy bags.

Volleyball. Body surfing. Juan brought the grill and kept the protein on tap — real MVP energy. No bags, no wraps, no rounds — just the same faces who show up at 6am & 8pm, showing up for each other on a Saturday off.

The friendships get built between rounds. Yesterday we tightened the bonds — of course there was still some healthy competition at the net…..

This is what boxing training in Winter Park is really about — yes, the workout and getting fit, we’re great at it. But we have something other gyms wish they did: a community that pulls you in on the days you’re too tired or too busy. That’s the team that keeps you showing up.

Thank you to our TITLE family for making yesterday such a wonderful day. And thank you for bringing your families and significant others along too — it made the whole thing even warmer. Not sure how, but somehow we’ll make the next one even better.

We asked our members a very serious scientific question: what sound does the heavy bag make when you hit it?

The answers were… not what we expected. 😂

Turns out everyone’s got their own soundtrack for letting off steam. What’s yours?

Every summer, artists from all over come to Rochester to spend a week training with us at PUSH Physical Theatre.

Actors, dancers, directors, devisers, and creatives gather to dive into our approach to movement, ensemble, devising, and the wonderful world of physical theatre.
Laughing, sweating, making, creating, failing, discovering, and talking - sometimes late into the evening!

It’s always one of my favourite weeks on the calendar! I’m incredibly grateful to this year’s ensemble for the generosity, curiosity, courage, and play they brought to Rochester.
Watching artists push themselves, support one another, and grow over the week is always a reminder of why I love this work.

To everyone who joined us this year: thank you, and good luck with wherever your creative journey takes you next. I can’t wait to see what you make.
And if you’re thinking, “I’d love to do that one day...” keep your eyes peeled. We’ll be back next summer.

Thanks for archiving the memories @mo_vegacasso

🇺🇸 Happy 250th, America.

To our TITLE fam, our fellow boxing fanatics, and every Patriot reading this — from all of us at TITLE Boxing Club Winter Park, we hope this weekend is everything a 250th birthday for this country should be. Memorable. Loud. Spent with the people who matter.

This one’s a big one, so we’re taking it easy on the schedule — one class only, Saturday at 9 AM with Coach Seth. Get your work in early, then go enjoy the holiday the way it deserves.

We’ll see you back on the floor Monday, 6 AM sharp. Rest up, hydrate, and we’ll pick up where we left off.

Have a safe, happy Independence Day. 🥊🇺🇸
