Welcome to After TDF, where we sit down with graduates of The Designers Framework to hear what changed after the program.

First up is Martha Benson, Creative Director of @mob__interiors

Before TDF, she struggled with client presentations, client filtration, and material selection. Today, she approaches every project with confidence, structure, and systems that have completely transformed the way she runs her business.

One thing she said that really stood out was:

“TDF didn’t change who I was as a designer. It refined me.”

That’s what The Designers Framework is all about! Not changing your creativity, but giving it the structure to thrive.

Read through Martha’s story and let us know your biggest takeaway in the comments.

And if you’re a TDF graduate, keep building. You might just be our next After TDF feature. 🤍

Interior design is not an escape plan.
It’s a build-yourself plan.

If you’re here, not because it looks easy…
But because you’re ready to learn, grow, and master a skill — then you’re in the right place.

To those thinking of joining:
This academy is for people who want structure, skill, and strategy not vibes and aesthetics alone.

We don’t just create designers.
We build professionals.

Your growth is possible but only if you’re ready to do the work.
