40 years looks good on us. 💗💚✨

From planting roots on campus 🌳, to giving back at the Houston Food Bank, celebrating in style at our 40th Anniversary Brunch, and closing the weekend together in worship, every moment was a reflection of the sisterhood, service, and legacy that have carried Omicron Gamma for four decades.

A little service, a little celebration, a whole lot of sisterhood… and of course, plenty of pictures along the way. 📸💕 Here’s a look at a few moments from our 40th Anniversary celebration!

40 years down, with so much more still to come. 💗💚 💗💚 Support the UHD AKA Educational Endowment Fund by visiting the link in our bio or scanning the QR code provided in the comments. Every contribution helps us continue building a foundation for generations to come. 🌿✨

40 years of legacy, and somehow, I was blessed to have a hand in this chapter of the story. 💕💚

What these clips don’t show are the late nights, the constant planning, the changes, the pressure, the prayers, the moments I questioned myself, and the determination it took to keep going anyway. Serving as Chair taught me that sometimes the things that stretch you the most are the very things that reveal what you’re capable of.

My struggles became victories. My pressure produced purpose. And somewhere between planning the details and watching them finally come to life, I realized I wasn’t just helping celebrate 40 years of history. I was becoming a part of it.

Still tired. Still taking it all in. But so incredibly proud of what we created and even more grateful for the women who built something 40 years ago that I now get to help carry forward.

40 years of Excellence, Elegance & Sisterhood. 💕💚

Service has always been at the heart of why I joined my sorority. 💗💚 My faith calls me to serve others with love, compassion, and a willing heart, following the example Jesus gave us. Being able to pour back into my community alongside my sisters makes moments like this even more meaningful. Grateful for every opportunity to serve, give, and make a difference. 🫶🏾💕💚 @uhdofficial @southcentralaka @omicrongammaaka @houston @akasorority1908
