PROST WITH THE MOST. Thank y’all SO much for coming out to celebrate Oktoberfest! You beat the heat in a serious way, dancing to the Rodney Block Collective and DJ AJ, setting impressive records for our stein holding contest (over 3 minutes!) and our keg rolling contest (under 10 seconds!) supporting local vendors, eating lots of turkey legs and drinking ice cold beer and Arkansas Margaritas - all while raising money for the Arkansas Foodbank. HUGE thanks to Sysco Foods of Arkansas for donating water bottles and pickles to help feed Arkansans in need. Festival season is far from over! Come find the Lost Forty team at these awesome Oktoberfest events:

We had so much fun with you last week! Thanks for spending your Friday night lights with us at Rumble in the Ramble: Hogs & Dogs. We’re so lucky to have two amazing schools right here in our backyard, and we loved celebrating with our community at the tailgate!

Thanks for joining us, and we hope to see you NEXT Sunday at Fayetteville Falltoberfest!

LET THE GUTEN TIMES ROLL! Oktoberfest is just a few short days away, friends! Here’s the rundown:

🏈 11AM: Oktoberfest begins with an outdoor beer garden, food specials, and the Arkansas vs. Georgia game on a huge outdoor screen AND showing inside the taproom and on our patio! Grab a seat inside, outside under our party tent, or bring some camp chairs and camp out in front of our outdoor screen with a beer and brat in hand!

🎶 2PM: Rodney Block Collective takes the outdoor stage and our Oktoberfest Market opens with local vendors!

🍺 3PM: Join us on stage for our Steinholding Competition! The winner will take home a $150 prize pack!

🎧 4PM: DJ AJ keeps the party vibes going and we’ll kick off our Keg Rolling Competition in the game area!

🏆 5PM: Our Oktoberfest Costume Contest judging begins! Sign up at the Arkansas Foodbank tent before 5pm - it’s $5 to enter and all proceeds are donated to the Foodbank. We’ll have prizes for Best Leiderhosen and Best Dirndl!

🍻 6PM: The outdoor festivities will come to a close, but the beer will keep on flowing in our taproom until 9pm.

Join us for a family-friendly day of FUN - all while supporting the @arfoodbank! Check out our event page for all the details - link in bio!

Get ready to rumble! We’re one week away from Rumble in the Ramble: Hogs & Dogs in the Upper Ramble. Save the schedule to make the most of your SEC Friday night.

That Friday afternoon before the event begins, our Wing Competitors will be busy preparing for the wing judging and to see who our WING CHAMPION will be. After the awards are given out at 5pm, wings will be available for purchase and you can cheer on our Wing-Eating participants. Then we’ll have the University of Arkansas Spirit Squad and Tusk arrive for the first of our two community pep rallies. Fayetteville High School Spirit Squad will take over at 7:15pm and we’ll end the evening with the high-energy sounds of The Rodney Block Collective starting at 8pm.

Come celebrate our two home teams and cheer on our favorite HOGS AND DOGS!

Huge thanks to the University of Arkansas Athletics, Fayetteville High School Spirit Squad, and Experience Fayetteville for helping make this event happen. See you on Sept 18th!

I am officially a three-time EMMY-NOMINEE and I couldn’t do it without some of my favorite ARKANSANS🏆✨ SO incredibly grateful for everyone who helped bring this project to life. Thank you to every artist, historian, educator, student, photographer, editor, and storyteller who trusted us with your stories and helped us celebrate the greatness of Black music in Arkansas.

And a special THANK YOU to @keshawnmoe_ for the initial idea back in January of 2025 and for co-writing this project with me. This started with a conversation and became something we both are incredibly proud of. Just two kids from Arkansas with a whole lot of passion.

Thank you to everyone who believed in the vision, contributed to it, and helped us tell it. ❤️ If you missed our Black Music Month Project, no worries!
