My plans shifted a bit this weekend, so it turned out I had a whole weekend with no plans. Which meant my only actual agenda was a long run, and I just let New York City take me. First stop on the route: the Williamsburg Farmers Market, which is absolute perfection. While out, I literally ran into an impromptu dance party in Domino Park, Highlight. Sunday at Bistro So, one of the best French restaurants in Brooklyn, run by the most darling owner who makes every single person feel like family.

August was pretty dope! Got to play some tunes with homies form all over! @mobileoutput on the 1st, caught @kabinett.human spinning tunes over at @gabriela90.nyc , then took over the decks @razorntape. Played a record given to me by the real og @frankkenny923 towards the end of my set, check out the recording (l!nk is in the b!o) Stoked for what the fall has in store for us all. Hug your loved ones and tell your friends you love them, see you soon 💗

Hot take: The future of live experiences isn’t just the lineup. It’s the spaces that fuel community instead of just consumption. Party with purpose. I love a sweaty dark warehouse dance floor where you can feel the bass in your body. I also crave cozy & artful spaces with programming built to inspire & be inspired. I 🖤 to see more 3rd Spaces. Spaces that welcome my full chosen family of all ages, lifestyles, & frequencies. Spaces that aren’t modeled around consumption but creation. When the Vision Centre reached out to me (via a reco from Jeffrey 🙏) to help them connect with like minded brands and producers, I didn’t take the gig. Instead I counter offered them to donate their space to my annual femme forward fundraiser @prophetsoverprofits444 …. so yes I essentially offered free labor & marketing but for those that know me I never recommend anything I can’t give an honest review on. Thanks to the donated space, brand partners, volunteer talent & production crew we donated every $ to @grameenamerica while bringing together artists, founders, nonprofits, neighbors, and visionaries under one roof. To everyone who donated, volunteered, promoted & showed up, thank you. When changing the world feels daunting, change YOUR world. To me that’s a world with more female & femme leadership, diverse talent & visionaries. Which is why I’m pleased to share after a successful event Vision Centre has asked me to help launch their brand, programming & event partners. If you’re interested in this space DM me 💌 Also want to shout out EVERY VOLUNTEER for POP but Instagram won’t let me tag you all. thank you from the bottom of my heart COPRODUCERS: @mobileoutput @reannarebecca @womanorworld DJS: @ananesworld @l3ni @marjanriazi @xo__ricke VIDEO🎥 by @danielmcddonald PHOTO @sashabphoto (photos in POP bio) SECURITY: @arturo7214 BARBACK @zaul_zotonyc BAR: @popeofparty @gazootothemoon @nicholasandsonleather @nichthehair FOOD: @headshop.nyc VOTER REG: @headcountorg DOOR: @floliciouslyinspired @zebralikesphotos VIBE SUPPORT: @tito385 @spicyfajitaa BRANDS: logos in video #nyceventspaces #visionaries #femalefounders
