Dion x @bilt took over Opera House on Dovers Street last Wednesday night. Bilt built a community around the places people call home and Dion is the social layer that turns that into real relationships - the kind that start with a drink in hand. Two communities in one room, and by the second round nobody needed an introduction.

The end of an era!! 🧡

This past weekend our Orangetheory studio closed its doors after our final class. When i joined in 2022 i never thought this place would become so special to me. What started as a challenging group fitness class, turned into one of my favorite places to spend time. I may have lost weight, gained muscle, and learned how to run- but more importantly the community and the coaches taught me consistency, mental drive, and confidence like i never imagined!!! I hated sports and exercise for the better part of my life, but the people I met at OTF North Beach changed that for me completely. This was the first time in my life I ever considered fitness to be fun! I’ve never laughed so hard, or felt so inspired to show my true colors as i did when i took classes with coach lisa. I’ve never pushed myself to run faster than when listening to Anand’s playlists and hearing him cheer me on! I always picked up a heavier weight with coach cole pushing me. I always felt happier after gossiping with Lexi and Riley at the front desk! My accountability buddies always pushed me to be better, but more importantly became amazing friends. Trivia nights, member mingles, holiday parties, river floats and more! The family i felt with north beach is legendary.

My circle of friends in these classes always made me feel welcome, and encouraged me to truly enter my fitness era. If it weren’t for this community- i would’ve never felt confident enough to dip my toes into running, train for HYROX, orrrrr the half marathon I’m about to run this week!! 🏃‍♀️

Let’s all stay friends forever - Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me live my life ALL OUT!!🧡

While I’ve been known to joke that “I’ve never met a stranger”, it’s rare that one connects so deeply with so many people, all at once, with everyone feeling the same way. I never knew such a thing existed, until a few weeks back when I had the distinct honor of joining the @joinbonde founding members retreat in the Catskills.

The best way I have been attempting to describe it to people, was that I cannot believe these 30 women exist in the same time, and that I am somehow lucky enough to now be in their orbit. It was an unparalleled exhale from very first moment, as we all wove together to create one beautiful tapestry of shared stories, experiences, wins and losses (in business and in life), while all spanning from across the country with varying foundations. No matter where the route came before this time, there was so many evident golden threads that carried throughout each and every woman, quickly shining a light on how imperative deep connection is. I’ve never seen so many strangers truly see, hold and honor one another so quickly.

But that’s exactly what BONDE is, and why it was a full body yes from the start for me. Valuing conversations and connections that supersede the surface without effort, while building new pillars to help bolster one another in every endeavor that comes with being a multi-faceted human.

Grateful beyond belief.🤍

As a woman owned business ourselves we are so grateful everyday for the wonderful women we’ve been able to partner with. The talent, the friendships, the joy and support of the women in our community is unmatched.

New York members gathered for an enchanting dining experience, where candlelight danced across the room as connections blossomed over exquisite cuisine.
