I was invited down to Oishii to try out their seitan chicken! I was super impressed with the quality of the “meat” - Oishii street kitchens flavours are ALWAYS on point!

We tried out the satay popcorn chicken which was my fave of all our food, the katsu rice bowl and the Korean bbq chicken burger! I’ve had all of these before in the meat versions, but the Mock versions were als fab! 😝

The parts you didn't see @breakingbordersfest

Most people saw me all glammed up thanks to @rahualdas , dance my ass off, get interviewed by @naeyathaperx and @britasiatv , eat a whole veg mix grill box courtesy of @sohotavern and @mock_uk to myself, and have one of the best times I've had this year in Malta at Breaking Borders Festival.

But what you didn't see was the behind the scenes, the tears, the insecurities, the pep talks, the self doubt, the connections, the coaching and the healings I was drawn to do for people.

I don't mind - I do this because I was born into it and I know it's my soul purpose. But it is also my career and only source of income.

Please respect that. So when I'm out having fun and just being me - Lakhmi the human, and not Lakhmi the 1 Minute Healer, just know I'm also entitled to having a day off too and I'm not here to be at your beck and call.

If you want a session please book one in. However if I'm called to give you some healing and guidance... I ALWAYS WILL 😍

Sometimes I'm just guided to do it. I can't help it. Just like I was in this moment captured here. But I also wouldn't change it for the world.

I wanted to show you a lil recap of the launch party so here it is!!

This event was sooo much fun and I definitely learned a lot from putting it all together - especially as it was my first event at the hut!

It was perfect and I was worried about the rain at first but it ended up making the night kinda magical. (Sonique - It feels so good being my rainy night highlight) (tyyy @chuckxxv for your insane rain spins 🌀)

It really took a lil village to put this together so wanted to say a BIG thank you to the following for their generosity, kindness and good intentions for the event ❤️

My partner, family and friends for their continued support throughout my venture + helping with this event too 🫶🏽

@mock_uk - Have loved working with you throughout / Becca has been a joy to bounce ideas off and thank you for all the products, they’re so tasty and I’ve loved cooking with them! Need to put an order in soon ☺️
