Starting the weekend with a piece that means a little more than just another watch. WOTD: Modified Casio AE-1200WH — 5th ANGLICO Heritage I had the 5th ANGLICO logo added to the dial as a reminder of some of the best and most meaningful years of my career—and, more importantly, the people I shared them with. Some of the closest friends a dude could ask for came from my time with that unit, and there are a lot of memories tied to that logo. I actually wore this exact Casio model while serving as a JTAC with the unit and will now continue to do so with this new watch. It went through the field, training, long days, and everything else that came with the job, and not once did it let me down. So when I wanted to build something to pay homage to my time at 5th ANGLICO, there really wasn't another watch that made more sense. It's inexpensive, simple, and probably won't turn many heads—but to me, this one is priceless. Some watches tell time. Some tell a story. This one does both🤙

Now this is something special. First I wanted to thank @modatronicmods for hearing my idea and bringing it to life! The Casio AE-1200WH arguably one of the most functional watches in existence and one of my favorite time pieces! Coming from an ANGLICO unit, by far one of the best experiences in the Marine Corps for my career I wanted to take the heritage with me and there is no better way than this watch where time is absolutely crucial in the job.
