Denn: Applaus zeigt uns, was wir beibehalten sollen.

Yippiiiii ✨💛

A message your heart🤍 was meant to read
Take your time⌛

✨(94:5）
"So surely, with hardship comes ease."
If life feels heavy right now, this ayah is
speaking directly to you. Allah is not unaware
of what you're carrying. The struggle you're
in is not meaningless, and it is not endless.
Even if you can't see it yet, ease is already
walking toward you. Sometimes Allah delays
relief not to hurt us, but to shape us to make the moment of ease sweeter when it
finally arrives.

✨(65:3)
"And He will provide for him from where he
does not expect."

You may be worrying about how things, will
work out-financially, emotionally, or
spiritually. Allah is reminding you that
provision doesn't always come through the
paths you imagine. He opens doors you
didn't even know existed. Trust Him with the
parts of your life you can't control. What's
written for you will never miss you, even if
the road feels unclear.

✨(2:286)
"Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it
can bear."

If you're exhausted, it doesn't mean you're
weak. It means you've been strong for a long
time. Allah knows your limits, even when you
feel like you've reached them. This test was
not placed on your shoulders by accident.
You are still standing because Allah is
supporting you in ways you cannot see.

✨(36:82）
"When He intends a thing, He only says to it:
'Be,' andit is."

The change you're waiting for doesn't need
years, explanations, or perfect
circumstances. One command from Allah can
rewrite everything. The relief, the
breakthrough, the peace you're praying for -
it can arrive in a single moment. Trust the
One who created your heart; He knows
exactly what it needs and when it needs it.

If this brought comfort to you, comment
"Ameen" or
if you felt this deeply, and
share it with someone who needs
reassurance. Spreading the Qur'an spreads
light- and brings lasting reward.

POV: you pull off the M1 motorway “just for a bite”… and end up in a food coma 🤤 @deliciouskitchenuk

📍1-3 Church Square, Toddington, Dunstable LU5 6AA

Pulled up to @deliciouskitchenuk and I’m still thinking about this 😮‍💨🔥 @delicious_desserts_uk

First bite into the golden honey mustard burger — juicy chicken fillet, sticky-sweet sauce, soft bun soaking it all in 🤌
Then the creamy sweet chilli burger… smooth, rich, with that gentle chilli kick that creeps up on you 🌶️😮‍💨

The wings & tenders though…
🍯 Honey mustard – sweet, tangy, finger-licking
🌶️ Creamy sweet chilli – silky heat that coats every bite
🇩🇿 Algerian sauce – bold, proper flavour punch
🍋 Lemon pepper – zesty, crispy, clean finish
🔥 Sriracha – spicy, saucy, addictive

On the side:
🧀 Mac n cheese bites – crunchy outside, gooey inside
🌶️ Jalapeño cheese bites – cheesy with that little kick

Washed it down with Kinza Cola and Apple & Mango J20 — elite combo 🥤

Best part? 📍 This spot is right by the M1, perfect pitstop if you’re travelling and need proper food, not motorway snacks 👀🚗

💥 Mention BMTBITES at checkout and get 15% OFF till the end of January

Check them out on @ubereats_uk and @justeatuk you wont regret it!
