first things first, we work with some genuinely amazing creators @modegolfer some we’ve reached out to, others have reached out to us. and we’re so grateful for the people who put real thought and effort into supporting what we’re building.

but there’s another side to it.

we don’t think everyone realises what goes into getting these products here. finding independent brands, building relationships, importing stock into australia, paying duties, freight, and then packing and shipping it out.

sometimes gifting a product actually costs us more in time, money and effort than just paying someone to create content.

and we’re okay with that. because we believe in the people we choose to work with.

but please don’t reach out to a small business, ask for free product, agree to create content and then disappear.

behind mode golfer are just two people doing their best to build something they genuinely believe in.

we’re not a big corporation with an endless marketing budget. every product we send out means something to us.

so please, don’t take advantage of the little guys. we’re just trying to make something good happen here. 🫶
