It’s mental health awareness month and I want to share my mental health silence photo challenge project.
I’m James a photographer and I created a photo challenge in 2022 to help spread awareness on mental health and I asked men to participate in this project and so far we got over 630 faces since then and I’m happy how far this project grown. I wanted to use photography to help share stories and let others know they are not alone suffering in silence and we are in this together and will break the silence on mental health awareness and my goal as an photographer to help spread a message and help others open up and share their voice. I want to say thank you to all 636 faces that participated in this mental health silence project I appreciate all of you and my goal is to keep this growing and help others open up to their mental health and hope to save lives with just one photo. 🤐💚💚💚

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I’m James a photographer and I want to use my photography to help spread a message on mental health. I’m doing a mental health silence photo challenge project and my goal is to get 700 faces by end of May I believe photography is a great to spread a message.
To participate just take a photo with duct tape over your mouth with a mental health word written on it and send me a photo through the dms and I’ll add you to the collages and I’ll post the collages by end of May. Let’s spread awareness and keep speaking up for mental health we are all in this together. 💚

Hi I’m James a photographer and I created a photo challenge project to help spread a message for men’s mental health awareness and I want to share my project. Thank you to all my brothers that took part in this mental health silence project I wanted to create something that can help spread a message through photography and I believe photography can speak a thousand words and I believe it can help people speak up that’s why I created this the tape over the mouth represents us being silenced and the word written on it represents how we feel inside. If any men want to participate in my project just take a photo with duct tape over your mouth with a mental health word written on it and DM me a photo and I’ll add you to the project and I will share your photo in a collage to help spread a message So please keep speaking up and don’t suffer in silence because you do matter and your mental health is important let’s keep spreading awareness on mental health and speak up more 🤐💚💚💚
