Thank you for all of the unbelievably kind comments from my last post. I guess I will carry on my meandering path! Among all of the sweet, heartfelt notes was this one from designer @lana_co_designs:

“Flourish, my first collection presented at an amazing local fashion show. The inspiration behind this collection came from @not_in_the_pink_ Not only was I inspired by their wonderful clothes but also the deeper meaning behind them. From that day on I was inspired to do the same with my collection, I wanted to give back to my community through my collection. As a young designer I not only strive to improve my skills but also give back to my community and shine light on global issues. This is why I dedicated this collection to breast cancer research, not only because I made it in the month of October but also because I know many who unfortunately went through this battle. A portion from each piece sold from this collection will be going to @bcrfcure “

To say I was blown away would be an understatement. My hope when I started this account truly was that I could share my experiences and maybe others could identify. I guess they can. Here is her link and I will be sporting one of these soon!
