Nothing beats wrapping up the summer with great people and great views! ☀️⛵️

A huge thank you to all of our amazing realtor partners who joined us yesterday for an afternoon sailing the Potomac. We couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company.

The first half of 2026 has been incredible, and I’m truly grateful for the trust, referrals, and relationships we’ve built along the way. Looking forward to carrying that momentum into the rest of the year and finishing even stronger.

Thanks again to everyone who came out—we appreciate your support and can’t wait for the next one! 🙌

It’s hard to encapsulate the past year in a carousel, but professionally and personally, baby, we LIVED.

Despite the world caving in, so many memories were made, relationships grown (or dissolved), and love was given and received. From marketing multiple #1 TV shows and historic boxing events (and viral internet moments) to seeing so many cities/states/countries, to attending dozens of concerts and festivals, and experiencing quite a few firsts, 2025 was truly blessed. I need 100 carousels to truly paint the picture of this year.

And the gag is 2026 is about to be a whole new level of greatness I’m aspiring to. Grateful for another year to love, be loved and LIVE this thing called life.

Now we rest, babe.🥂

Welcome to Leigh’s Closet!

I’m Andrew Noles, a Realtor and now Interior Designer with over nine years of experience turning everyday spaces into something unforgettable. I live for the mix — where architecture meets emotion, and design meets soul.

My style? Think mid-century modern meets bold individuality — clean lines, daring colors, layered textures, and patterns that speak louder than words. Every space I touch tells a story — one filled with character, rhythm, and a touch of nostalgia.

Based in Washington, D.C., my journey has been shaped by countless transformations — homes reborn, rooms reimagined, and visions brought to life. I don’t just design spaces; I curate experiences, moods, and moments that linger.

So come on in, explore, and let’s create something that feels like you — beautifully imperfect, endlessly expressive, and full of life.

Follow @leighs_closet_design where design gets personal. Stay tuned for more to come!

Big win! Just closed a fantastic deal for a client with a top-notch loan program! Shoutout to @model_genius aka Andrew Noles for being patient, kind, resourceful and absolutely magical! You might start on one path, but end up on a different road! This buyer certainly did and I’m so happy they were able to take advantage of an even BETTER program offered to them. It always helps to find a seasoned loan officer with a huge bucket of mortgage programs to pull from—Just Sayin’ ☺️#physiciansloan #themoreyouknow 🌟 #rva2thebaymtg #firsttimehomeowner #homebuying #goodrealtor #mortgage #doctorloans #rvamortgage #rva2thebay #mygodtoday
