Not often, tbh rarely do I meet people so similar to me and as passionate and as big of a dreamer as me. Delusional belief in ourself AND the drive to pursue those dreams is undeniable with my half Colombian half Irish brother from another @tomcattrumpet

I could go on and on. The opportunities, the goofiness, the friendship, and the inspiration seem to be boundless.

We celebrate Tom and his breakthrough in the fashion world tomorrow with his souls project @tempotimewatchgroup at Alive One for his monthly residency which this month is a FEATURED @thechicagofashionweek event this year.

Find me potentially rapping on stage, and come through to get goofy with us.

“Wonderful things: You were one of my favorites to watch. Stage presence was undeniable, as was your suit, hair, make up and especially your posing. Absolutely flawless. Symmetry wise you can almost morph in more than wellness since your posing is so great. Very confident and comfortable on stage.
Areas for improvement: More conditioning. I can see your muscle bellies are just where they need to be, nice shoulder caps and quad sweep. Now just bring in more conditioning for your next show and bring the same amazing energy as you did.

Overall, way to handle the stage! You showed out and I know you will again! Thank you again for being what makes OCB great! You rocked the stage and we are greatly appreciative of that and you.”

🙌🏾🔥🥹That was a major compliment to me. I didn’t receive the feedback harshly, and I didn’t take it lightly. I received it with gratitude. My assignment is clear, and it’s exactly what I thought it would be.

I spent this season building more muscle, and that work showed. Now the focus is conditioning: bringing more of that muscle definition to the surface. I’ve done it before, and I’ll work toward it again, without letting the fear of getting too stringy or looking flat lead my decisions.

I know some people see bodybuilding as vanity or simply showing off. For me, it’s a unique challenge: learning my body, understanding how it responds, and developing the discipline, emotional maturity, and self-control to follow through.

Some may think physique posing is as simple as my modeling experience. Both have their difficulties, but holding a pose, controlling each muscle, and making the effort look effortless is demanding!
I’m thankful for the poise runway modeling has helped me develop, and for the coaches and mentors who have poured into me.
