The sister wound thrives in silence.
It thrives in the gossip.
In the competition and comparison you feel.

It will continue if you can’t see it.
It will bleed into every relationship unless you call it out.

Sometimes we aren’t aware of it, and sometimes we are.
But together we are stronger than the wound.

The wound softens when we stop feeding it more and start holding ourselves through the betrayals, the ruptures and the pain we’ve experienced with women, at the hands of women but underneath that at the hands of patriarchy.

Women didn’t come here to hate on each other. We came here to LIVE, to LOVE and to SUPPORT each other, through this crazy journey of being human together.

Let’s go beyond the wound and remember what REAL SISTERHOOD is.

I never profess to be perfect, I’m walking this path right with you, which is why I hold space for women in ceremonies, circles, in 121 mentorship and in the coven of women I’ve found along this path.

I see you, I hear you and I love you.
